Manitoba-made circular Cheese Board (9" x 11.5")

This multi-purpose board is made from 3-ply carbonized eco-friendly bamboo and can be used as a charcuterie board, cheese board, or cutting board.

Bamboo is a highly renewable and eco-friendly resource that is especially suitable for food and cooking purposes because of its resistance to bacteria, wood scarring, water absorption, and staining.

Under normal conditions bamboo products are stronger, more sustainable, and safer on knives than other wood products, making it the perfect material for kitchen or food purposes. For protection these boards are oiled with food-safe Watco Butcher Block Oil & Finish.
