Explore the Marsh on your own or with your family in one of our small 2-seat canoes.
The small canoes have 2 seats but can accommodate one or two small children if they sit in the bottom on foam squares.
To get your canoe, meet our staff by the gate to the courtyard located on the East side of the Wetland Discovery Centre.
Rental period is one hour.

Oak Hammock Marsh is one of North America’s birding hotspots and a great destination for people of all ages. This 36km2 Wildlife Management Area features a restored prairie marsh, aspen-oak bluff, waterfowl lure crops, artesian springs, some of Manitoba’s last remaining patches of tall-grass prairie and 30 kilometers of trails for you to explore.
