9am - Sunday, July 12, 2026.
Some details to know
· We will contact you to confirm that your application has been accepted & will arrange registration payment. Registration is only confirmed once payment is received.
· You may have 1 or 2 tables for your display (8x3 ft, provided by venue).
· The venue will also provide 2 chairs.
· If you need wall space, you may bring standing shelves, lattice or 1 small table to put behind the table(s) we provide.
· You will need to provide your own extension cords or anything your merchandise display will need.
Oak Hammock Marsh is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
